We are hiring high?energy Bilingual Cold Callers for our Quito office. You will work with clients in the Medical, Insurance, and B2B sectors, depending on where your profile fits best. If you are a persuasive phone closer who enjoys a dynamic environment, we want you in the office this week.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound calling to businesses and decision?makers.
- Lead qualification by identifying needs, presenting solutions, and qualifying high?potential leads.
- Pipeline management with organized follow?ups to close deals.
- Meeting daily call targets and monthly sales KPIs.

Requirements

- Strong communication and prospecting skills ? able to hook a prospect in the first 10 seconds.
- Ability to work on?site in our office near El Batán, Quito.
- Immediate availability.
- Experience or interest in Medical, Insurance, or B2B sales.
- Comfortable working under a freelance/independent contractor structure.
