✅REQUIREMENTS:

🔹Degree in #Logistics or #Commercial fields. 👨🏻?🎓👩🏻?🎓

🔹Minimum 2 years of experiencein similar roles, preferably in #MultinationalCompanies. 🌍

🔹Proficiency in #CRM or #SAP (Mandatory). 💻

🔹Skilled in #MicrosoftOffice(Excel, Outlook, Word). 📊

🔹Knowledge of #logistics processes, #billing, and #commercial documentation.

🔹Advanced English (Bilingual position). 🌎

🔹Desirable: Knowledge in #PowerBI, delivery routes, inventory, and dispatch processes.

🧩KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

🔹Accurately register customer orders in CRM or SAP systems. 📥

🔹Coordinate with Demand Planning, Logistics, and Sales departments to ensure timely deliveries.

🔹Manage customer claims with a solution-oriented mindset and assertive communication. 📞

🔹Notify clients about logistics issues, changes in delivery dates, or process deviations. 🚚

🔹Conduct occasional client visitsto strengthen relationships and resolve critical situations. 👥

🔹Ensure high standards in customer service and continuously improve the client experience. ⭐

🔹Handle commercial documentationsuch as invoices, credit notes, and delivery support.

🔹Actively participate in the improvement of logistics, sales, and customer serviceprocesses.
