Community Engagement, Manager

We are seeking a Community Engagement Manager to lead outreach and relationship-building strategies with the community.
The ideal candidate is a mission-driven professional with experience in public health, patient engagement, or community outreach, especially in healthcare or clinical research settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop tailored outreach strategies to promote clinical research awareness in diverse communities.
Build partnerships with advocacy groups, healthcare providers, and public health organizations.
Coordinate logistics for local events and forums, including materials, staffing, and community resources.
Design and execute digital outreach campaigns (social media, geo-targeted ads, email).
Manage a database of prospective participants and community referral sources.
Use AI and analytics to optimise outreach performance and engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally and manage vendors supporting recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:
3?5 years of experience in community outreach, public health communication, or clinical research. (Required)
Proven success in building community trust and leading local engagement initiatives.
Experience with digital marketing, CRMs, and campaign management tools.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is REQUIRED
