Bilingual Sales Rep Must speak English Fluently

Our organization needs a driven insurance customer service agent with possibility of sales and growth. The candidate will provide excellent English and Spanish customer service to all clients. Excellent communication skills, advanced English, openness to coaching, and willingness to explore new ways are required.

Duties:
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues and complaints with urgency and patience
- Accurately enter customer data and maintain records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers to resolve issues
- Follow established processes and protocols
- Maintain a positive attitude and stride

- Availability to work in an office located in El Batan, Quito

Salary starting at $600 + depending on background !!
