Job Opening: English Teacher (Full-Time - On-site)
As an English Teacher at Hope Christian Academy, you will lead classes across various proficiency levels, fostering the development of core language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Your main responsibilities will include planning and preparing structured lessons, activities, and educational materials tailored to the needs of each group and the school context. Additionally, you will collaborate with the faculty on educational projects, student progress tracking, and continuous assessment.
Requirements:
Academic Background: Bachelor?s degree in Education (majoring in English), Pedagogy of National and Foreign Languages, English Philology, Translation, or closely related fields.
Language Proficiency: Advanced English level (minimum certified C1 CEFR framework).
Pedagogical Skills: Proven experience in English Language Teaching (ELT) and strong proficiency in lesson planning to design structured, dynamic, and age-appropriate classes.
Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and the faculty team. High level of organization, accountability, and teamwork.
Institutional Alignment: Strong commitment to and affinity with Christian educational values and principles.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $700.00 (base salary, negotiable based on academic degree and qualifications).
