With 300+ technologists across Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and the U.S., we continue to grow.

This is a 100% on-site position. You will collaborate with team members across Latin America and within the US.

As a Human Resources Partner, you will join our HR team in Quito, Ecuador, to help us nurture an energizing, engaging, and happy atmosphere where technologists choose to build their careers. Your job is to ensure our team in Peru knows just how important they are to Oktana. You will collaborate with teammates across other offices to maintain consistent processes and, most importantly, culture. You will report to our global Human Resources Manager.

You will:

- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to discuss feedback, issues, and career growth opportunities with team members ranging from junior to senior
- Partner with internal Training, Resourcing, and Delivery teams to help resolve problems for team members
- Organize communications, activities and other initiatives to increase engagement and enhance company culture
- Coach team members on core HR topics, including feedback delivery and career development

Other Responsibilities

- Provide new hire onboarding, from welcome kits to 3-month reviews
- Conduct internal surveys to measure employee satisfaction
- Manage 6-month performance review process
- Ensure benefits are competitive, clearly detailed, and meet local requirements
- Implement and follow all global HR policies and procedures
- Contribute to the promotion of diversity and inclusion
- Maintain employee records

Requirements

- 2-3 years work experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
- Intermediate, advanced English language skills

- Experience working in technology company
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tool
