Technical Content Marketer

Oktana is a custom software development company specializing in Salesforce technologies. As Salesforce experts, we also develop business applications, like Tok, for the Salesforce AppExchange.

We are looking for a marketer with the ability to understand and create technical content. In addition, you will translate technical content into content that is easy to understand. Your work will promote our development services, support product releases and attract new team members. You will have the opportunity to directly contribute to Oktana?s growth.

You will collaborate with team members located across LATAM and you will report to our Head of Marketing.

You will:

- Develop strategic technical content and set related, short-term goals.
- Collaborate with developers, testers and designers to create high quality technical content including articles, data sheets, white papers, product demos, and website updates.
- Create content to help promote the apps we develop through all marketing channels, websites, and app stores including the Salesforce AppExchange.
- Collaborate with team members across the company to create internal and external announcements.
- Support the internal teams with clear and concise materials for our clients.
- Help to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new app releases including competitive research and brand positioning.

Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of content marketing experience (or equivalent related experience)
- Advanced English skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to translate technology into content that is easy to understand
- Ability to understand analytics and define actions based on data
- Desire to collaborate with a passionate team and own all aspects of growth
- Bachelor?s degree, preferably related to marketing

Bonus skills:

- Experience in B2B or software industry
- Experience working in the software development lifecycle
- Experience with Salesforce
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
- Knowledge of SEO
