The Technology and EdTech Lead is responsible for leading, managing, and continuously improving the school's technology integration across both campuses. This role oversees IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP systems, educational technology support, hardware standardization, data governance, and user support, supervising the IT team and the Copy Center support function.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Operations and Strategy
- Manage daily IT operations across both campuses
- Support the implementation of the school's IT strategy and long-term technology roadmap
- Establish IT policies, procedures, service standards, and workflows
- Lead technology planning, procurement, vendor coordination, and lifecycle management
- Participate in institutional technology governance and strategic planning

Infrastructure, Hardware, and Standardization
- Oversee network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, servers, cloud services, backups, and communication systems
- Manage institutional hardware (computers, laptops, iPads, projectors, classroom technology)
- Standardize classroom technology setups across campuses
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and hardware replacement planning

Enterprise Systems, EdTech, and Learning Platforms
- Oversee support and administration of the Student Information System, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Google Ecosystem, and educational software platforms
- Ensure system reliability, data integrity, reporting accuracy, and effective vendor support
- Collaborate with academic leadership and faculty to integrate educational technology into teaching and learning

Cybersecurity and Data Governance
- Lead cybersecurity practices: network security, endpoint protection, access control, backup, and disaster recovery
- Monitor vulnerabilities and coordinate incident response
- Develop and maintain data governance standards

Customer Experience and Service Excellence
- Build a strong customer-service culture within the IT department
- Implement service standards and support processes that improve user experience
- Support faculty and staff in the effective use of educational technology tools

Team Management
Supervises two IT Support/Infrastructure Specialists and one Copy Center/Technical Support Assistant:
- Coordinate workloads and priorities
- Provide structure, accountability, and professional guidance
- Support professional development and collaboration

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, systems support, or technology management
- Experience supporting educational technology integration strongly preferred
- Experience in K-12 schools or educational institutions strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise systems, educational technology, and data governance
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
- High professional English proficiency
- High integrity, professionalism, and service orientation
