B2B Sales Representative Remote
We are seeking a remote B2B Sales Representative based in Ecuador for a commission role focused on high-volume outreach, lead generation, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly motivated, and experienced in sales, marketing, and the U.S. market, with strong follow-up discipline and excellent communication skills in English. This role requires consistent outbound calls, proactive follow-ups, and the ability to identify and engage potential business clients while building long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups daily.
- Generate leads through research, outreach, and marketing-aligned strategies.
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and performance goals consistently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and accurate communication of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and sales software.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven experience managing client relationships.
- Experience in high-volume calling, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
- Proficiency in identifying and developing B2B business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient English required.
- Knowledge of lead generation and marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with the U.S. market (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales-related tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Previous B2B sales experience is highly desirable.
