Sales Representative Bilingual

We are seeking a professional, and results-driven Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. This role blends customer support with strategic sales assistance, ensuring every client feels informed, confident, and cared for throughout their journey. This is an on-site position in El Batan, Quito; kindly refrain from applying if you do not meet this location requirement.

Responsibilities:
- Present and sell our products to both new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through personalized, exceptional service.
- Follow up with customers regarding previous quotes and inquiries.
- Assess individual needs and recommend tailored product options.
- Respond to inquiries and follow up promptly to close sales.
- Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activity in the CRM.
- Perform 60+ calls per day to connect with interested leads (warm and hot).
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Availability to work full-time in our office located in El Batan, Quito (mandatory).
- Availability to work Mon - Fri (08:00 a.m - 4:30 p.m ECU time).
