We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual QA Operations and IT Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our IT systems and processes. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Automate processes and reports to maintain accurate records of employees' performance.
- Set up and manage user accounts for workers and trainees, depending on the client?s requirements.
- Use strategic tools to export and import data for lead generation.
- Ensure proper security and access permissions.
- Assist team members and managers remotely via chat, email or phone.
- Resolve issues quickly to minimize downtime.
- Install, configure and update software applications (Make.com, Hubspot, Softphones).
- Keep systems up to date.
- Customize testing based on each customer's specific requirements.
- Perform extensive testing of software applications, websites or systems to identify defects, inconsistencies and usability issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, functional requirements and user expectations.
- Resolve technical issues reported by customers or internal teams.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
- Analyze operational data and maintain product quality standards.
- Review existing processes, identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to manage and optimize company processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a QA and IT support role (at least 1 year).
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Advanced English skills.
- Availability to work full time, Monday to Friday (08 AM - 4:30 PM).
- Availability to work onsite in El Batan, Quito.
