Bilingual Medical Doctor

The ideal candidate should strive in a customer service environment, specifically in the medical field. Medical Doctors may apply. As a Pre Op Assistant, you must show your ability to interact with patients online and over the phone. Also, you need to be oriented to detail and have excellent communication skills, both verbally and via e-mails.


Responsibilities

- Provide guidance and act as a liaison between the surgeon and physicians.
- Assist the Pre Op and Post Op doctors to prepare the patient's medical history 60 days and 30 days before and after surgery.
- Maintain communication with the patient's primary care physician for a complete physical and psychological evaluation, along with an evaluation of the patient's history and diagnostic tests.
- Verify and report to the Pre Op and Post Op doctors, the medical history of each patient.
- Answer all incoming calls, return calls to patients, and take notes in the proper system.
- Forward all calls to the correct department.
- Any other task assigned by the manager department.


Requirements

- Native-level English skills required
- Completed Medical Doctor´s degree
- Availability to work full-time in our office located in El Batan
- Being able to start immediately
- Schedule Mon - Fri (08:00 a.m - 4:30 p.m)
